When you are accepted to perform, create, or volunteer with us, you join Future Forest as a member for life through the Future Pass. The program runs at cost, and every dollar goes back into the member program and our community.

Good to know
Future Forest is built every year by the volunteers, vendors, and artists who apply right here. If a window fits you, this is how you join.
What do I get if I am accepted?
It depends on your path. Performers, artists, and volunteers receive festival access and join Future Forest as members for life through the Future Pass. Vendors arrange their booth, fees, and terms directly with our team.
When will I hear back?
We review each path after its window closes and reply by email. Add info@futureforest.ca to your contacts so our reply does not land in spam.
Do I need a Future Pass to apply?
Only music applicants need a Future Pass before they apply. For most other paths it is required once you accept an offer. Food, artisan, and production vendors do not need one.
Can I apply to more than one path?
Yes. If more than one fits you, apply to each while its window is open.
